My experience with Upsolve was a bit confusing at times, and I wouldn’t necessarily describe the process as easy, but I was able to get through it. I had assistance from my family with filling out the paperwork, which helped me navigate everything. After uploading my credit counseling certificate, it took approximately a week to hear back, which I felt was reasonable. My biggest suggestion for improvement would be to provide a customer service phone number so users can call with questions or follow up on their cases when needed. One thing I really appreciated was that Upsolve provided information about local court offices, making it easier to figure out where I needed to go and file my paperwork. I also liked that the paperwork was organized for me. Once I printed everything, all I needed to do was sign, date, and mail it. Overall, Upsolve was a useful resource that helped me organize my bankruptcy paperwork and move forward with the process. While additional customer support would make the experience better, I appreciated the convenience and guidance it provided.

Upsolve helped me when I needed it the most. It was easy to file and the clerk said the documents were filled out correctly. The clerk also stated that she receives a lot of cases filed with Upsolve and they always have the documents done correctly and the transactions are smooth.

These people are doing an amazing public service! I finally saw reality and owned that I am officially bankrupt. There was no remaining money for an attorney and I really tried to navigate the paperwork on the government website. I AM SO RELIEVED that this non profit Upsolve came up when I was searching for attorneys that might do pro bono work. Their app made it possible for me to (easily) create an accurate form package (about 80 pages) to file with the court. I filed last Thursday and the court accepted the package, it was neat and complete. I'm waiting for my hearing. Really, Upsolve saved me. When money comes again, I know where I'm donating. You guys are GREAT! Forever grateful.
