I've been debating back and forth about filing for a while, and finally decided that I would try to do it pro se. Upsolve was extremely helpful with that process. They explain what every form is used for and walk you through the whole process. Forms are reviewed for accuracy and they notified me in 2 days that my review was completed and forms were ready to file. I feel confident and the best part is that it was all FREE!

I needed to file an emergency filing to stop a garnishment but couldn’t afford an attorney. I learned of UpSolve and I can’t say enough good things about them!! Not only is it SO easy they answer any questions you might have. All you do is fill in the questions they and they prepare and do ALL the paperwork for you!! I just filed with the court and I can’t believe how easy it was. If you can’t afford an attorney, look in to upsolve. I rarely leave reviews, but they helped me so much it’s the least I can do!!
