If you plan to file bankruptcy soon, making one last credit card payment won't hurt your case, but it also won't help it.

Making a final credit card payment before filing for bankruptcy won't hurt your case, but it also won't help it. Almost all credit card debts are forgiven in bankruptcy, so making a payment when you plan to file bankruptcy means you will have that much less money to start over after your bankruptcy.
If you feel morally obligated to make a payment though, go for it!
