We recommend bringing your bankruptcy forms to your local bankruptcy court to file in person. If you can't do that, you can mail the forms. Each bankruptcy court has different rules for mailed forms, so make sure to call your local bankruptcy court to ask what they need from you in terms of number of copies, payment, and other things. You can find the bankruptcy court's phone number on their website.
