Upsolve’s mission is to help poor, distressed, and underprivileged people across America access their legal rights. We provide an online web app to help people file for bankruptcy on their own for free. To date, Upsolve has helped relieve over $250 million in debt. We also aim to be the number one free educational resource in America on consumer bankruptcy. We currently have nearly ~2 million people per year who visit our website to learn about bankruptcy.

Some individuals request a free evaluation from a private attorney when they’re not sure whether they should file for bankruptcy, they’re not a good fit for our app, or they prefer to retain a private attorney. Private attorneys pay Upsolve for the chance to provide free evaluations to people who request them, which helps keep our web app and all of our content free.

If you’re an experienced bankruptcy attorney who provides affordable assistance and has a pristine record with your State Bar Association, we invite you to reach out to us.
